Return & Refund Policy – FusionPerfume

At FusionPerfume, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how to initiate a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened (perfume bottles must remain sealed).

  • In their original packaging and condition.

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or customer error.

Please note: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Perfume bottles that have been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety regulations.


2. Return Process

a. Submit a Return Request
Email us at perfumfusion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.

b. Pack and Ship the Items
Include proof of purchase and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the return package.
Use a secure shipping method with tracking to return the item to the address provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to a FusionPerfume error.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a FusionPerfume error or defective item.


4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the same steps outlined in the return process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at perfumfusion@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

We’ll gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary.

  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at perfumfusion@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
